Ordering and Shipping Info

All orders must be a minimum of $40.

There is no charge for GROUND shipping and handling on all orders over $99.00. Your shipping and handling fee is is $9.00 on all orders under $99.00 for ground shipping. All other shipping and handling arrangements will be handled on a per-case basis.

We are happy to serve the 50 continental states. Sorry, we do not export.

All orders are shipped UPS ground service. Faster delivery is available at the customer's expense. We offer next day air, second day air and 3-day select. Call us for a price quote.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If a shipment is received damaged, Colacino Electric Supply and UPS must be notified immediately so that a tracking number and claim procedures are followed. Upon UPS inspection and pickup of the damaged product, your credit card will be credited for the product value and shipping costs. A replacement order will be sent to you.

INSURING THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT:

All UPS shipments are automatically insured for $100. Ordered items over this value will be insured for the product value.

Return Policy

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

A defective product includes a product with parts missing or does not work upon hookup. If you receive a product which is defective, contact Colacino Electric Supply immediately by e-mail, fax or telephone so we may issue a return authorization. The merchandise must be returned to us freight pre-paid with all original packaging. Clearly indicate the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise

RETURN POLICY:

Any returns must have been purchased from Colacino Electric Supply within the last 30 days. Please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone so we may issue a return authorization. The merchandise must be returned to us freight pre-paid with all original packaging. Clearly indicate the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise

All returned merchandise must be:

• Unused and in resaleable condition.
• In the original packaging
• In a protective shipping carton or brown wrapping paper
• NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. (absolutely no exceptions)
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise
• Contact us for permission to return an item either by fax, e-mail or telephone. A 25% re-stocking charge will be added to your credit card on all returned merchandise.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is canceled or refused.

CONTESTING A CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL:

Contesting a charge to your credit card company or issuing bank may result in a $25 service charge. Please call 1-315-331-2785 to resolve ANY billing questions.
